Behavioral health services may be accessed at the provider phone number(s) above or through the centralized access center. The Access Center is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Behavioral health services are provided by licensed behavioral health agencies across the North Sound Region to people with a Medicaid behavioral health benefit and to low-income people as resources are available. All people with Medicaid are entitled to an assessment/intake. Ongoing behavioral health services are provided to people who meet the State-wide Access to Care Standards. Behavioral health services include assessment, individual, family, and group treatment services plus high intensity treatment, residential treatment, Assertive Community Treatment, and all medically necessary behavioral health services.
